No refund policy

All our products are made and packed with extreme care in curated packs to make sure you receive them in their best condition. In case of incorrect orders or any damages caused to your products, we can provide a refund only in the form of store credit. No monetary refund will be provided.




 

Shipping Information:

L’amour Bakehouse produces all its products at the Central Kitchen facility in Dehradun.
 

Creating Shippable Products

Our product recipes have been developed such that it is fit to ship and has a shelf life of approximately 30 days (based on the product) from shipping when stored in the appropriate guided conditions. 
 

Packaging Perishable Products

Our products are packed in sealed packs which are custom designed to maintain the best product quality. All our packaging material is of A grade quality to ensure there is no compromise to the flavour, texture and quality of our product.
 

Placing Your Order

Once your order is confirmed by us, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. Please note that in the event your order has not been confirmed and there is no Order Confirmation mail received, your order will not be processed & dispatched. In the event the customer is unavailable to confirm the order over the phone, our Customer Care team will re-attempt via text and via email. In the event the customer does not confirm in any manner, the order will be deemed as cancelled and an Order Cancellation mail will be sent to the customer.

Once your order is confirmed and your product has been dispatched, we will send you an Order Dispatch email.

Once your order has been delivered, we will send a Delivery Confirmation email, asking for your feedback.

Cancellations:

We are trying our best to deliver all the products at the earliest.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, you must notify us by email. The order can be cancelled only if it hasn’t been dispatched by the team (in which case you would receive a notification)

A refund will be made in the form of store credit and processed after confirmation of cancellation.
 

Damaged/ Incorrect Orders:

We do hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, if upon delivery the products are damaged, different from the one you have ordered (different flavor), or incomplete (if something is missed out) when you receive it, please notify us immediately for investigation by sending an email along with a photograph at feedback@lamourbakehouse.com; if found to be the case, we will either ship the products or credit your purchase in the form of store credit on a case to case basis.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any complaint concerning any aspect of the received products which is not raised by you within 24 hours of delivery by us. Any extra information requested by our Customer Care team, that is required to substantiate a complaint, must be sent within 72 hours from the reporting of the issue.

Subject to our report on the claimed damage and the Terms and Conditions, we will offer you a gesture of good will, or either part or full credit for the price you paid as store credit for the damaged/incorrect macarons together with the delivery charge.

Disclaimers:

• Colors : We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website and also to ensure that the colours on screen are as close as possible to the colours of the actual products. However, the colour of the actual products you see on your screen will depend on your monitor, your screen settings and resolution. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the products on delivery and we cannot accept the return because it does not match the colour you were expecting from viewing your screen display.

• Taste : All our products are developed by rigorous research and development and continuously tested for the perfect flavor to appeal to our customers. Since taste is usually subjective, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds merely because you do not like the taste of a particular product.
